SOLUCIÓN DE DIFERENCIAS

A solicitud de las partes en la diferencia “Estados Unidos — Medidas que afectan al comercio de grandes aeronaves civiles (segunda reclamación) — Recurso de la Unión Europea al párrafo 5 del artículo 21 del ESD” (DS353), el Grupo Especial ha acordado mostrar al público una grabación de vídeo de las partes no confidenciales de su audencia. La proyección tendrá lugar el 31 de octubre de 2013 en la OMC.

The delayed broadcast of the non-confidential portions is expected to start at 10:00 a.m. on 31 October 2013.

The number of places in the viewing room reserved for the public will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis upon receipt of a completed registration form. Completed forms should be sent by e-mail only to the following address: OpenMeetingDS353-215@wto.org. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Geneva time, on 24 October 2013.

The general public to whom seats have been allocated will need to present a valid official photo identification on-site to access the meeting room.  Members of the public allocated a seat are requested to arrive in good time, as security checks may delay access to the viewing room.

Please note that any form of recording or filming is prohibited and that cell phones shall be switched off during the public viewing.

The WTO cannot offer any support, including financial, for accommodation, flight arrangements and visas.
